This month, I was responsible for creating the CAD design of the cart. My team discussed the need to design a lower shell to improve the vehicle’s stability; the primary purpose was to lower the cart’s centre of gravity. A low centre of gravity significantly increases the vehicle’s strength during driving and manoeuvring, reducing the risk of rollover and ensuring that the car can work safely and reliably in various environments. At the same time, my team members and I are considering designing a slot that can slide on the bottom of the cart for moving the LED that detects the white strips because the width of the white strips on the two test tables is different; this idea is still in practice and may be slightly tricky.
