Diversity, equality, and inclusion were central to the dynamic of the team. Each team member came from a different country, providing an inherent variety of thought and experience. We as a team greatly benefited from this, diversity of thought is greatly beneficial when brainstorming ideas and solutions. I personally enjoyed and found beneficial this dynamic, we soon overcame language differences with the help of google translate and our own adjustments and found that it was not only no hold up but allowed us to get to know each other in a constructive environment.
It goes without saying how important diversity within teams is, our university benefits from a highly diverse pool of students and our course is no different, meaning we have the opportunity to benefit from all the wide pool of knowledge and experience that we all posess.
