This month, the team members were selected, and I was chosen to be part of the Alpha team. Naturally, we began by getting to know each other’s capabilities and skills, identifying what each of us could contribute to the team and what tasks we preferred to handle. We divided the responsibilities among ourselves and established goals and guidelines to ensure the team operates efficiently and achieves the best grades in this course. Using Microsoft Teams, we planned the project, outlined a detailed timeline, and set deadlines for each phase of the work. I chose the role of webmaster, where I will create a website to showcase all aspects of our project on the Micromouse. The website will include images, documents, explanations of our progress, and information about the team members.
