Brahim’s October Blog

31/10/2023

In early October, we were assigned to Team Bravo. The first thing we did was talk to each other to understand our strengths and weaknesses, and to decide which parts of the project we would each work on and used this information to assign roles. We worked hard in October to get to know each other and make progress on the micromouse project. I am responsible for the hardware and coding , which means I will build and test the circuit. I started by building half of the circuit on a breadboard using the handout as a reference with the help of teammates. I also did the project planning. In addition to the technical work, our team also bonded well by discussing our skills and traits. We worked together to create a workload matrix and timeline. We are also using WordPress to host and build our website and so far, it is easy to use. Overall, October was a great month for teambuilding and initial technical progress. I gained hands-on experience by studying the provided handout, recreating it on a breadboard, and testing the output waveform. Our carefully crafted project plan, role assignments, and deadlines provide a solid foundation for our team. With team Bravo working together effectively and cohesively, we are on track for a successful micromouse journey.
