EDI promotes an understanding of and responsibility for inclusion, equality and diversity, and these are true within our team. At the beginning of the formation of this team, not everything is complete, in fact, most of the members can be responsible for overlapping aspects, and even a shortage. But this is also the case, everyone is actually the same and equal, since everyone is not very good at this aspect, then you can concentrate your intelligence and time together to conquer this aspect, and in fact, our team has done it. Even if there is only one person in the team who is not familiar with or good at the project, he is still a member of the team like others. Unequal treatment will only reduce the efficiency of the parties involved and cause the delay or failure of the whole project. What everyone on our team is really good at is not the same, and because everyone is skilled in different things, it can be a kind of diversity. There is no shortage of people in our team who are good at design, but they are good at different aspects of design, and the circuit design arrangement is not the same as the model design. Rather than let this diversity dim, we should let everyone to their own good at the position, suitable talent. In this way, the progress of the project can be accelerated and the quality of completion can be improved. It is precisely because of these circumstances that there is a greater need for inclusiveness, rather than exclusion. Some members of our team have never been exposed to this kind of project, so they started learning from scratch and finished it now. They should not be set aside just because they do not understand or have no contact with them. What’s more, there is a big responsible vacancy in our team, and it is more necessary to study.
