Stephen April blog

In April this was a very big month for me as i had a lot to do starting with the solid works design the original one was a little bit to small so i had to redesign it to make it larger to fit our micro mouse. i also was working on the 2nd pcb board i had clean it down and solder on the parts i did this why making sure i checked the continuity of the parts to make sure the was soldered correctly as well as the correct polarity was right. i then tested the first half to make sure all the components where working before soldering the second half. I then cut down the pcb bored to make it smaller.

My next job was to work on the outer shell so that we could create areas for are ir and radar to be able to see out of by hack swearing the plastic out then using a file to debar it, as well as that i had to drill out holes so that we could create support for our micro mouse and outer shell to attach. once this was done for me the next job was to use primer to give our shell a better look before painting it.

I also worked on preparing the pretension we would have to present at the competition.
