In February, we entered a new phase of our project with a hands-on approach, taking significant strides in assembling our design. I startedsoldering all the components onto the PCB, a task that marked a crucial step forward in our development process. Notably, we achieved a milestone by having the PCB printed, which was both exciting and a testament to our progress.
I continued to refine my skills in SolidWorks, building on the foundation laid in the previous semester. This practice was not just about honing technical skills but preparing for the intricate task of shell design in the upcoming semester. The time invested in SolidWorks was great, offering insights into practical design beyond the basics. Modou took care of the SolidWorks after we both took part of the training program which was given in the software
This month was marked by a blend of advancing our physical prototype and deepening our design capabilities. The transition from theoretical knowledge to practical application has been enriching, underscoring the importance of a hands-on approach in engineering projects.
