Our mouse could have been more sustainable since we ended up using two shell designs since the first one didn’t function as required. This unfortunately meant that around twice as much material was used for our 3D printed parts as necessary. Apart from this, we tired to keep our mouse as sustainable as possible making sure to not use extra wire and to keep the wires as short as possible as well as aiming for compact white line sensors, reducing the amount of soldering board needed. Lastly, our shell was hollow allowing for a lot of material to be saved as well as removing all the necessary holes during the design process so we didn’t waste material just to cut it away later.
