Working in a group on a project with people from different countries was a new experiment for me. Initially, I thought that working with people coming from different countries with different cultures, mindsets, and personalities was going to be a challenge and perhaps a disadvantage. However, working with my teammates made me realise that I was wrong. Working as a team, there was mutual respect among us and everyone had a vote when it came to making decisions. Having different mindsets and skills helped us come up with a variety of ideas and split the work according to the skills of each member of the team. Furthermore, we benefited from the diversity in our team, when it came to finding solutions to problems we faced, each member came up with a different solution which came in handy. In conclusion, the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in our team affected us positively.
