Development of the PCB using the proteus to manually place each component to be able to create a one-sided PCB which contains our special feature. The finished printed part was handed in to be developed using acid, which we are not trained to use yet.
Production:
Proteus is a great software to place components and to visually see the how the PCB will look like at finished product. This software allows us to troubleshoot, explore and create the PCB just how we want it.
Testing:
After production, we needed to verify and test that there were no short circuits in our PCB. This is a crucial step to avoid any unnecessary troubleshooting.
Drilling and placing/soldering components:
Placing the correct components is crucial to get our circuit to work properly and avoid any future re-soldering.
