During October, we completed a set of activities to identify our strengths, weaknesses and potential roles within a team. Teams were formed and we discussed our appropriate skills. We decide which tasks were best suited for each person and distributed them accordingly.
After tasks were distributed, we made a project plan and started assigning deadlines for each task. We broke tasks into smaller sub-tasks as it made deadlines achievable. The main focus for this month was assembling the initial test circuit and ensuring the team had access to the website.
