This month, my primary goal was to design a PCB that the group would be using for our micromouse. At the beginning I didn’t fully understand the software that we were using (proteus). However, after multiple restarts and redesigns I became much more comfortable using proteus. After finishing my version of the PCB, my second goal was to complete the breadboard by adding in a second IR sensor and indicator LED. I then had to prove that the two IR sensors detected objects at different times i.e. the left sensor would detect an object coming from the left and vice versa, as well as having an acceptable range.
