EDI – Oliver Fish

The benefits EDI has provided for our team have been substantial. Our team had four people from different ethic backgrounds. This diversity provided many different perspectives, something that is integral when doing a project like this, where creativity is essential. The inclusive environment created also had a great impact on team cohesion and morale. Both of these benefits led to better communication, collaboration and productivity.
