The website periods are important for the team to have a constant update on all of the different components and devices that is used throughout the process of building our Micromouse. To explain what is going and to inform people who read the website what is happening with our project and also show what we are planning on doing.

To keep the website up to date as possible we each have a monthly blog which we must do to make sure that we can know when and what we did during that month. Doing the monthly blogs will give a detail of what a specific person doing allowing the reader to follow the progress along for that person.

Also adding the specific news of what is achieved throughout this project to know what we have done but also to get a memory of what is going on and how it has been completed throughout. This is then further expanded in the documentation section where once a part is done we discuss and put images of what it looks like and how it functions as well give a description of it function and the purpose.

After this we also have different blogs in the engineers in society to talk about current issues and other important topics that helps everyone in the world. This is done in the form of post which is then pasted onto the page and told of what is going on. We also give a page for a ghanatt chart where we update the plan and what is done and what is left to do.

To make sure that there information is brought out there will be deadlines for us to meet to get a content out on the website to keep up to data. Will also distribute different task between our team member depending on how much is going on at specific notification and how relevant that person is to that topic.

The post also make it easier for us to get a content out by not making it too big to prnt it from becoming too long.
