Over the course of this whole project the challenges that I have faced is the errors occurred during the project and how the EDI have helped or challenges. One of the issues was oversight in creating the hardware, for example the white line where there was a mistake in creating a short circuit for a period in time. This is most likely caused by me not asking someone else in seeing if this error was a problem. If this was done then that issue may have been avoided. Also the error in thinking that the coding would be quick was a key issue as during the project one member was the lead person for the code but due to how much it was a struggle but this error meant not everyone was given the most equal amount of work. As a whole the team needed to include more people on different projects to make sure the everyone is working and contributing to the team. There are points where I have no direction so I should have been made involved in something else sooner as well. The team sometimes focus on their areas but don’t jump to a unique area sometimes. Some of the team done more work than others depending on the length and complexity.

However, there are also other variations where the work load have been shared. This was a prime example of inclusion in the website giving everyone a role in the website while allowing the people to work in the different sectors. Also I allowed someone else to join in one the white line moving and let them work on building the circuit to make sure that everyone was included. The equality in the team was great as everyone treated each other as an equal and joking around with each other. The responsibilities of having a good working relationship is key as if we do not get along with each other then the work will be much less productive, plus hostilities may occur. This is important as it also prevent a person from feeling better than other people in a work environment. Finally the team each had unique sets of skill and abilities with different backgrounds to go along. This gives a diversity to a team where we can meet the different people to work on the next task at hand. This diversity allowed us to experience different understanding improving us as a team. This diveristy gives us a chance to work with other background.
