In February I was working on perfecting and correcting the white line sensors by building a theory test circuit, after making sure that it works, I constructed two of the white line sensors by soldering the various components on. After building the circuit I have to check if there is any faults on the circuit that I built using a continuity tester. A mistake that was made during this that was rectified later was a short circuit that require us to drill hole to connect it together. After building and testing the circuit together we need to connect and ground and a voltage wire where the power can come through together. Then connect the end of the voltage and ground a select pin on the ada seesaw and this will then be glued on to the board.

When building the circuit and testing it, check for any errors as if you make a mistake and you glued it on at the last moment it will be a challenge and which is why for testing we decided to go for blue tack as a temporary measure for testing. After building the circuit, make sure that you know the components as well as if you put on the wrong pin it won’t recognise it.
