Our micro mouse project has consisted of 126 hours overall, without overtime, with the support from technicians and lecturers. The lab costs were estimated to about £135 an hour, technical support at £25 an hour and academic support at £35 an hour. Therefore, the total cost came to about £24570, reflecting the significant resources involved. This showed us the importance of planning for funding purposes. These costs are an approximation based on hourly rates.
