The benefit of this strategy is team members can put forward opinions from themselves, which the team can have more diverse ideas. Such an environment not only boosts efficiency by aligning tasks with individual strengths but also fosters a culture of tolerance and mutual respect. It results in a better team atmosphere .This positive atmosphere not only enhances team collaboration but also reduces conflicts and makes the team more cohesive.In my opinion, our team is very successful in these regards.
