Bright’s view on EDI

Embracing equality , diversity and inclusion is essential for creating a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can contribute their unique talents and ideas. For equality it ensures that all members of the group have equal opportunities to participate and contribute the project. This means valuing each member’s ideas and input, regardless of background of their background, identity, or level of experience. Diversity encourages team members to share diverse perspectives and approaches to solving challenges, as this can lead to more creative and effective solutions. Inclusion ensures everyone feels respected , valued, and supported. EDI has benefited the teams approach to the micro mouse project where everyone was envolved in different task to reach the end go. We also benefited as individuals by learning from each other’s different skillset.
