• 24/10/2023 to 31/10/2023- Basic website functionality is developed thanks to Adam and James. Bright has also made progress on the development of the IR sensor circuit.
• 7/11/2023 – Assembly of the micro mouse is beginning to take place and Bright managed to simplify the IR sensor circuit onto one breadboard. Full website structure has also been established.
• 9/11/2023 – We have achieved basic autonomous functionality for our micromouse, thanks to our researcher Boyang who managed to code the micromouse.
• 14/11/2023 – Assembly of the IR sensor is complete.
• 5/12/2023 – PCB design has been completed by James.
• 12/12/2023 – Micromouse has been inspected by the tutors.
• 13/02/2024 – PCB design has been altered by James and printed.
• 20/02/2024 – White-line following code has been created by Adam and the sensors have been soldered by Bright, James and Adam.
• 29/02/2024 – Shell design is near completion, PCB components have been soldered by James and Bright.
• 5/03/2024 – Shell design was completed by Boyang and has been 3D printed.
• 19/04/2024 – HC-05 Bluetooth module and Adafruit OLED display have been implemented to our micromouse.
• 22/04/2024 – The team has gone to Gregynog Hall for inspection and tournament participation.
• 23/04/2024 – The combat code was completed in the morning by Adam. Every aspect of the micromouse was inspected by the tutors. Team Golf placed 4th in the tournament.
