April:
In April all focus was on making sure that the mouse would behave as expected when assessment began at Gregynog. Everything was working to a passable state, so the we focused on touching things up, our coder focused on cleaning up how the mouse behaved, while the rest helped and tidied up the wiring and overall look of the mouse. Come assessment our mouse was good to go and performed well in all the tasks. Doing so well in fact that we came away with the award for best mouse at obstacle avoidance. We went into combat feeling very confident that we would make it quite far in the tournament. Sadly we only lost to one team, but we lost to them twice, putting us in 3rd place overall for the combat tournament. Still a podium finish and the team was very pleased with the results overall.
