With the beginning of a new month, new challenges arose. As we slowly progress through the microcontroller laboratories, I learned new skills that will be vital for the micromouse obstacle avoidance and line following such as coding in the ISR and setting up asynchronous and synchronous global interrupts to follow specific inputs as a priority.

As we slowly began designing our PCB we came across multiple hardships and challenges due to the inconsistency of proteus. Constant crashing and restarts caused by the older version of proteus set us back somewhat yet we pushed through ending up with some design.

I finished the first design, yet it was quite lacklustre due to the spacing out of the components. Everything was too far apart but which left no space for additional components later on.

However, Ekene completed a good, compact and printable design in the end which was great.

In the upcoming weeks, we will now have to plan ahead for the printing of the PCB as well as the structure of the website that I will work on.
