Team Juliet has experienced a busy November, but the progress has been substantial. I completed the IR circuitry in late October, however, I have completed some testing on the IR circuitry to make sure that the responsiveness of both sensors is roughly equal. This was completed by getting a flat surface and taking some measurements, in terms of distance.

I have finished the initial design with the PCB on the Proteus software. I enjoyed this task since it was more like a challenging puzzle, rather than a chore. Myself and Ethan designed extra circuitry with the IR circuitry, to make it much more versatile during combat.

The team has also made significant headway with the construction of the MicroMouse as well. We have used a 3D-printed chassis, and mounted the wheels & motors, as well as the Pico board (the brain) of the MicroMouse.

Our Web-Master, Ethan, has also made good changes to the design of the website and made it a lot easier to navigate than it’s previous rendition. There are some patches within the website, which is to be expected at this stage, since some of the pages are just placeholders for the time being.

Further discussions have been held over different features of our MicroMouse.
