March has been a very good month for Team Juliet. We have got the Shell design submitted, and lots of functionalities sorted. I have been working on fixings for various parts of the micro mouse that need to be attached to the mouse, such as batteries, the 9DOF and the OLED screen.
I readjusted the positions of the touch-bars to allow the fitting of a metal bar, and I tidied up the wires that had come loose. All the features are almost ready to go, we need to create a menu for the MicroMouse start-up, as well as, getting all our features to work in harmony.
Ethan has made good progress on the code side of things, refining the obstacle avoidance and beginning to get the flow charts ready to integrate the 9DOF feature for the required modes. In order to complete the micromouse, some of the team members should try to attend the extra sessions during the Easter break, to make sure everything is finished and ready for Gregynog.
