Equality, Diversity and inclusion (EDI) – Hussain Dasmah

Based on my team’s experience, we were able to create a healthy, courteous, and cooperative workplace by fostering greater cooperation and communication among members despite differences in language and nationality. Due to the fact that no team member experiences marginalisation or disdain for their opinions, racism is also eradicated. Additionally, it promotes the expression of various conclusions and points of view. However, when people of different nationalities work together, especially when the aim is the same, the sense of friendship and belonging is enhanced. The outcomes of a team working together despite differences in nations, languages, or environments will be remarkable since every team member brings fresh ideas and experience from his or her prior environments.
