If there are defects in my design that could lead to injury or death, then the responsibility of my team is to not ensure the safety of all products and not maintain their professional dignity and reputation. The team should fulfill its responsibilities with integrity and safety. My suggestion for this is to report the situation to the superiors and request that the car be recycled and improved.
If my team becomes a whistleblower, then we are ensuring the maintenance of our own reputation and status. If a company receives a report from a team, it should immediately dispatch experts related to the problem to verify. If the verification is accurate, it is recommended that the company immediately correct the problem. To maintain the company’s image, interests, and reputation.
If our team’s products really pose a threat to life safety, we will face the risk of bankruptcy in a timely manner. We should also take responsibility and report to our superiors.
