Luke Hamilton – My experience of EDI

Reflecting on our team’s experience with Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), embracing these principles has greatly benefited both me personally and our collective efforts. Adopting an inclusive approach to engineering practice and recognizing the responsibilities, benefits, and importance of supporting EDI has positively impacted our teamwork and project outcomes.
