We plan to separate the head and the body of this dalek and connect them with a Servo so that the head can be rotated above the body. Also we design the voice of “exterminate” which is the classic quotations of delak. The voice will be play during the rotation of the head
We set 4 hooks in the head part of the shell to connect the the body part.
Micro Servo is the component we use to implement this function. It will be placed at the upper end of the body, connected to the head, to achieve the purpose of rotation.
This is a DFplayer mini, which is an MP3 playback device. We can use an SD card to store the EXTERMINATE sound of Dalek and connect it to a buzzer to play the EXTERMINATE！！
Now, the head can rotate on top of the body. We can still make continuous sound, but in the video it should be too noisy, so we temporarily removed the SD card. But in the presentation, we showed everyone our complete form.
