December was a short month due to the Christmas holidays. But at the start of December, we had finished the first task of obstacle avoidance. Once this was completed, I began working on the white line following. The first thing I did was construct the LDR circuit onto a breadboard to test the circuit was working correctly, and it was, when the LDR was covered the voltage would increase. I then recorded the voltage values on a white and black surface. Once these values were recorded, I began the construction of the LDR circuit onto the vera board, once the vera board circuit was soldered and working it would then be glued onto the bottom of the micromouse.
