One of the first things we did when beginning our ‘micromouse’ project was create a skills matrix, this would allow us to put team members into delegated roles. This is our project plan so far:
This however will not go 100% to plan, as there will likely come times where someone needs assistance in a particular area, this is just the rough sketch as to who will be doing what.
We will also be rotating the team leader role; here is the schedule:
We have also created a GANTT chart that will be updated when a new task is complete, here is the first few tasks we assigned ourselves:
We also have been using Microsoft teams as a project planner, where each time a task was complete it would be labelled complete. This is the completed version of our project plan:
We used both the GANTT chart and the project planner on teams, but we found that the planner on teams was much easier to use, and simpler to navigate.
